The short version: we collect only what we need to quote and do your job, we don't sell it, and you can ask us what we hold about you at any time.
When you contact us by phone, email or the enquiry form, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, property address and information about the job. That's it — no hidden extras.
Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, quote and carry out work, invoice for it, and keep the records a trade business is required to keep (such as compliance reports and Certificates of Compliance). If you're a landlord, compliance reports for your property are shared with you and, where you direct, your property manager.
We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. We don't sign you up to marketing lists you didn't ask for. We share information only with service providers needed to run the business (such as our form-handling and email providers) and where the law requires it.
Our website enquiry form is processed by a third-party form service, which forwards your message to our email. The information you enter travels through that provider's systems as part of delivery.
